B4TA Youth and High School Football Skills Development Program is a structured on-field curriculum focused on four core areas of player development:
Group skills training focused primarily on football skills development fundamentals, including core strength, leverage and explosiveness. Sessions will include speed and agility, position individual break out periods, and competition to enhance mental conditioning.
B4TA players participating in 1:1 training will receive a personalized performance & strength workout plan that includes monthly goals and development evaluations.
Weekly strength & conditioning series focused on recovery, functional mobility, and powerlifting education.
