B4TA Offseason Football Skills Development Program focuses on four core areas of player development:


Group Positional Skills training focuses primarily on football skills development fundamentals, including core strength, leverage and explosiveness. Sessions will include speed and agility, position individual break out periods, and competition to enhance mental conditioning.
Weekly Speed/Agility & Strength sessions focused on core functional mobility, and powerlifting education.
B4TA players participating in 1:1 training will receive a personalized performance & strength workout plan that includes monthly goals and development evaluations.
