B4TA Mentorship & Youth Leadership Training program complements the skills development program and provides our student-athletes with an outlet to enhance their interpersonal skill sets. Planned workshops such as "The Power of a Handshake" and our "B4TA Campus Tour" will offer exposure to a diverse social development experience, with a focus on improvement in the areas of effective leadership, collaboration, and communication. Our goal at B4TA is to instill confidence in our players both on and off the playing field, teaching life skills through the guise of the sport our players love, FOOTBALL.
